Dawnmates is a morning alarm you share with friends. A crew of three to eight people each sets a wake time, and everyone sees who's up.

Your alarm rings on your own phone at the time you chose. It needs iOS 26 or later.

After it, a short series of backup reminders follow. When you're up, you check in and your crew sees it.

You can snooze if you need a few more minutes.

We can't promise that. Dawnmates does everything an app can: the alarm, the backup reminders and a nudge from your crew.

But some things are out of its control, like a phone on silent, a Focus mode, or a low battery. Please check those the night before.

You can mark any day as a day off. Your alarm stays quiet and your crew sees that you're off, not that you missed it.

Sleeping in is allowed.

Scenes are looks for your morning, like how the sky and horizon appear in the app. You can pick one that suits you.

Open your crew and choose Invite. Send the link, or give your friends the code.

They open the link or type the code in Dawnmates and they're in. No sign-in and nothing to pay.

Your crew sees your name and face, your wake time, and whether you're up, snoozed or sleeping in.

They never see where you are or what else you do.

The horizon is a shared picture of the morning. When you're up, you check in, and your face rises on it for everyone.

If someone hasn't checked in, the crew gets to send them a friendly nudge.

To leave, open the crew's settings and choose to leave. To remove someone, the crew's organizer opens the member list and removes them.

Yes. Open the person in your crew and choose to block or report. Tell us about any nudge that's unkind. They won't see who reported them.

Free gives you one crew of up to four friends. Your alarm and its backup reminders are always free and never gated.

Dawnmates Plus adds more crews, crews of up to eight, custom nudges and scenes, and a free item pick every month. It costs $0.99 a week, $3.99 a month or $19.99 a year.

Scene packs are separate from Plus. You buy one and it's yours to keep. Plus members get one free pick every month.

Any scene pack can be sent to a friend as a gift. They open it and it's theirs, with no paywall.

Open Settings in Dawnmates and choose Restore purchases. Purchases go through Apple and are tied to your Apple account.

To keep your crews too, turn on Sign in with Apple. It's optional, and it keeps things safe when you change phones.

On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose Dawnmates. Tap Cancel Subscription.

Plus stays on until the end of the period you've paid for. Your alarm keeps working either way.

Open Settings in Dawnmates and choose Delete account. You'll confirm with Apple first.

This can't be undone. If you have a subscription, cancel it separately in your iPhone's Subscriptions settings.

Your wake times, your crew and your purchases are stored so they're there on any phone you use. Your alarms and backups are set on your own phone and work without a connection. There are no ads.
